Jacob's
volleyball career started at the age of 16 , with the acceptance into the
Queensland Team at the age of 16. From there, it was a quick road to obtaining
an AIS scholarship in 2010.

He
trained there for two years, completing his education and playing in the AIS
Team in the Australian Volleyball League, winning it in 2012.

He has been playing professionally since 2013,  two seasons with Orkelljunga Volleyball Team in Sweden and now is currently in the Netherlands with Lycurgus.He earned a spot in the National Team Squad since 2014.
